To masterbate before sex or not?

So a noobish question here, if your sexually active or plan to be is it better to masterbate so you can last longer or not to masterbate so you have a better orgasm?

For men, it may not be a good idea to masturbate before sex. You might have a hard time coming later on. But with women, masturbating is good. The more orgasms a woman has, the more "hungry" she is for sex. Those endorphins just makes her wanna... Uhmmm...

But being a female, it gets me going longer with a partner if I masterbate first.:)
Guys sometimes get more tired if they masterbate first. Dependds on who, I think.
