Non-Retracting Foreskin

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me out.
I'm 18 and my foreskin still doesn't retract (as you can see in this post here (http://forum.pussy.org/showthread.php?p=18402#post18402)) and I just wanted to know whether this was a) normal and b) whether any of you had the same problem and how to help sort it out.
This is kind of an embarrassing subject but please don't be scared to admit to it!

i wouldnt class it as normal. however i have seen others with the same issue.

obviously, circumcision would sort it out, but i dont know if there is a way of stretching the skin so it can retract?

doctor would know best :)

Thanks 7incher, I'm coming round to the idea of a trip to the docs. Circumcision might be a last resort, the head of my cock is very tender if I touch it so rubbing against my pants may be too much to bare lol :)
